Editorial support at the development stage. Services include host coaching, story editing, and executive producing, for a preset number of episodes. We can focus on one, or all three, and build a package unique to your show's needs. I also offer full-service audio production on a limited basis.
1-1 Host Coach

Mentor new or existing hosts, including “Intro to Hosting” manual, with a curated list of audio storytelling resources

Interview coaching, including live practice sessions with the producer

Written script narration feedback to host(s) and producer(s)

Sit in on initial tracking sessions for first 5-10 episodes, with live coaching
Story Editor

Stand in for the listener, providing early and ongoing editorial guidance on episodes and series overall

Give feedback on interview prep, structural feedback on early episode drafts, and line edits on later drafts

Work with team to refine scripts

Listen to mixes and offer feedback on pacing, tone, scoring, etc.
Executive Producer

Delegate production tasks to ensure a balanced workload for the team
